Blazer with Hoodie

So  … did I really get this dressed up to go on a car coffee date with the hubby this weekend? I did indeed!  I think I just felt like dressing cute.  And I’ve been wanting to try the hoodie with a blazer trend.  I couldn’t imagine it being very comfortable, but actually, if the hoodie fits well and the blazer is a bit roomy, it IS comfortable … and warm too.

And yes, we did sneak out of the car for a quick impromptu photo shoot. I just couldn’t resist this totally empty and quaint little alleyway in downtown San Jose.

 

 

How is everyone doing lately?  Are you hanging in there?  What do you miss the most?  I’m doing pretty well with it all and as I said before, I’m enjoying the slower pace. But I sure do miss some things. Today I’m missing taking long weekend rides.  Sure, we drive around a bit, but we’re not supposed to cross county borders.  And even if we could, we definitely don’t want to use a public restroom. so that cuts our trips short!  I miss lunch by the ocean. I miss checking out random open houses. I miss the mall.  And I even miss aimlessly browsing around Target.  Hang in there, Dolls!  And keep in touch and let me know how you’re doing and what you miss the most today.
